As can be seen from the list, amenities which may needed in day to day life such as schools, shopping amenities, entertainment and healthcare facilities are all in close proximity to our project. Despite this, due to its location on the banks of the Oba River, the area is a calm and peaceful one. The project is located in the Oba valley, which is vital for the climate of Alanya.
